Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Terms & Conditions (E-Invite):

  • Our Prices are Fixed. There is no place for bargaining over our prices.
  • Delivery time depends on workload but Usually we take 24-72 hour’s except Sunday & holiday.
  • Delivery time may be affected during seasonal rushes & unfortunately conditions.
  • Payment will be 100% in advance for ready templete.
  • Only Text and Images will be changed in provided Samples.
  • Font & Color can be changed.
  • Only provided images will be added you can’t change the images again & again.
  • Please provide the content carefully also cross check for spelling mistakes as we will add the exact same content provided by you.
  • If more changes required in templates extra charges will be applicable.
  • Revision will be done 2 times after first draft of the card. If changes required after finalization; charges will be applicable according to the required changes.
  • You will get JPG/PDF.MP4 format only. Source file will not be provided.
  • If you want to Convert in PDF & Clickable E-Card, cost will be 99/- INR per Link.
  • Our small watermark “Designed by E-Nyouta” will be there if you want to remove then 199/- INR will be applicable.
  • Payment will not be refundable in any circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nyouta.in.

Terms & Conditions (Print-Shop):

  • We take the utmost care while send & packing your order & our quality check & processing teams check & dispatch your order carefully.
  • In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product, an unboxing video and a box within 48 hours of receiving your order on WhatsApp at +91-954-954-1111 or mail to enyouta@gmail.com. Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement
  • Please Note: Wedding Journals & Planner, Posters, Stickers and custom Badges are not refundable, in case delivered to you in a damaged state we will provide a replacement or store credit if informed with photos & video of the damage within 48 Hours of delivery.
  • All returns and quality checks are subject to the discretion of E-Nyouta but rest assured, we want only the best for our valuable customers!
  • Before claim, please read carefully our all delivery, policies & Conditions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nyouta.in and send your item to: Opp. SBI Bank, behind Rajrishi abhay samaj, Ramanand Market, Kabir Colony, Alwar, Rajasthan 301001.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Opp. SBI Bank, behind Rajrishi abhay samaj, Ramanand Market, Kabir Colony, Alwar, Rajasthan 301001.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
