Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India .
We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
- JPG/PDF Ecard will be delivered within 24 working hours.
- Video/GIF and Caricature Ecard/Video e-Invites will be delivered within 72 working hours.
- Delivery time may be affected during seasonal rushes & unfortunately conditions.
- Our working hours are from Mon to Sat, 10am to 5:00pm IST.
- Urgent E-card/E-Invite orders will incur an extra cost of INR 1499/-.
- Payment will be 100% in advance for ready templates. No refund will be provided, as the design you see & approve is what you will be receiving.
- 18% GST will be added to the final cost and It may be change by the government rules, regulation & conditions
- Only the text and images in the provided samples will be changed.
- The content & details provided by you will be final; content can’t be changed once you lock it.
- Please provide the content carefully and cross-check for spelling mistakes as we will add the exact same content provided by you.
- If the client wishes to change the font style/color, background color, there will be an additional cost..
- Only provided images will be added. You can’t change the pictures again & again. (Note
that we do not offer a photo editing service. If you want, then the cost is INR 199/- per image editing). - No Design Frame will be moved/added or changed from its original position. It can be extra chargeable as 499/- per slide.
- No additional changes will be made after the HD version is delivered, with additional revisions costing INR 199/- for Ecard and INR 499/- for video invites per round.
- Image slides can be removed if the client does not wish to include them.
- Music can be changed to the client’s choice (one song only, with the song link to be provided by the client).
- Revisions will only be done once after the first draft, with additional charges for changes after finalization.
- If the client requests a new template prior to receiving a preview from the design team, the design team will make the requested change. However, if the client fails to request a new template before receiving the preview, they will be required to order a new template
- The client will receive two sizes for video invites: HD version via Google Drive link and WhatsApp version.
- If multiple versions are needed (e.g. separate versions for the bride/groom), the client must pay 50% of the actual template cost.
- Default design size is according to Mobile screen, but can be changed if specified before ordering.
- The client’s invite/caricatures may be shared or uploaded to the videogiri.com portfolio after the event, but can be denied or removed upon request.
- If you want to change font style/colour, background colour, the cost will be additional ₹499 & you need to tell us before.
- If you don’t want to add images, Image slides can be removed.
- Music can be changed as per your choice. But, 1 Song only (Share the song link of your choice. (Note that we do not provide song editing/ cutting services).
- The revision will be done one time after the first draft of the video. If changes are required after finalization, charges will be applicable according to the changes necessary.
- The final invite will not have a full watermark, but will include the E-Nyouta.com logo on the last slide. The removal cost will be an extra INR 199/-.
- In case you need multiple versions, like separate for bride/ groom, or one version with only certain functions, another will all functions, you have to pay 50% amount of actual template.
- We do not share open files/ templates. So please do not ask for them.
- We are not dealing in Printing material in such category. We only design the invite with your content and will provide you the HD jpg/pdf file, you can take printouts from your nearby printing press.

Vendors
Each Vendor accepts that they are merely listed on the E-Nyouta platform, through which they get to reach their target customer. Each Vendor creates their profile on the E-Nyouta platform and ensures to provide correct information regarding such profiles. Any misrepresentation of their identity or work shall be their liability alone and not the liability of E-Nyouta.
Vendors accept and acknowledge that they are entering into transactions and providing services to the Customer independently and E-Nyouta is in no way involved, apart from being a listing platform.
E-Nyouta, however expects Vendors to maintain quality of service and make no misrepresentations whatsoever.
Vendors shall not use any third party photographs or content and represent them as being their own. Any such misrepresentation shall be the liability of the Vendor alone. As a wedding aggregator, E-Nyouta has commercial dealings with certain vendors on its platform. This commercial arrangement includes but is not restricted to, providing additional visibility in return for a certain fee.
This fee doesn’t in any way guarantee any business confirmations/ bookings. E-Nyouta acts as a facilitator , helping vendors leverage its vast network and enabling them to reach out to more customers
User Disputes
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other E-Nyouta Users (including Vendors). E-Nyouta reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users and to immediately terminate the privileges of any User for any reason or for no reason.
E-Nyouta is only a listing and aggregating platform and no associations, interactions, bookings that happen on the E-Nyouta platform are the responsibility of E-Nyouta. Vendor data showcased on profiles in the form of photos, price, reviews etc is a result of vendors’ inputs and those of their customers. While E-Nyouta does take efforts to verify the claims made in the form of price, work etc, it in no way ensures/ guarantees the displayed info to be accurate. Not accepable for any legal suit.
Termination Of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
